1. One Roll-Down Bar Attachment: 1.5" dia rungs  (Poplar or Beech).
2. Latex Bands, 26" Long, Two Each: Black (Heavy, 50 lbf), Blue (Med, 30 lbf), and Green (Light, 10 lbf).
3. Four 1" Nylon cuffs with metal D-rings.
