Beginners can use these wooden push up bars to develop upper-body strength and practice foundational movements with greater control. The raised handles also provide additional clearance for certain movements, allowing users to gradually increase their range of motion as their strength improves. 

[Traditional Design] Two sizes made from ½” furniture grade Baltic Birch and 1.5” dia hardwood rungs: Large, 12" W x 13.5" T x 21" L overall (center of rung is 12" from ground) and Small 5.5" W x 4.5" H x 9" L overall (center of rung is 3" from ground), are great for home, gyms, and local excursions.
