ECO friendly gymnastics parallettes (aka p-bars, parallel bars, and dip bars) are a great training tool to practice calisthenics-based exercises and ideal for alleviating wrist issues while improving strength, mobility and flexibility.

[Traditional Design] Two sizes made from ½” furniture grade Baltic Birch and 1.5” dia hardwood rungs: Large, 12" W x 13.5" T x 21" L overall (center of rung is 12" from ground) and Small 5.5" W x 4.5" H x 9" L overall (center of rung is 3" from ground), are great for home, gyms, and local excursions.

Couldn't be happier with Beyond Balance.

My whole family uses it pretty much everyday whether for stretching or body weight exercises. I highly recommend this product. The design is so simple and the materials are of high quality which makes me feel like it will last a long time too. Oh and did I mention its American made, bonus!

Great for building strength

I love my large parallettes. I have been doing arm balances for a while and I am proficient in them. But these props bring a new meaning to arm strength. It's different from blocks for example. The way you enter the pose and balance in it. It's a great investment to improve your upper body and core strength. The gravity is great and they are sturdy enough to carry my weight.
